Design Approach

Philosophy

Our design approach is to look at the program issues from the stand point of those who will utilize the building. We listen carefully and attempt to get a “feel” for what the client is hoping to achieve. We set our goals on satisfying their physical requirements and emotional needs within the confines of budget and time constraints.

We are design conscious but are not “monument builders.” Many of the design awards which we have received over the years are for modest commercial and industrial projects commissioned by developer clients.
